Why We Stand With Them

Transformation is possible when people are met where they are — and then gently guided to where they want to be.
We chose to support DIVERT, Bounce Back and The King’s Trust because each one is doing exactly that: turning moments of crisis into moments of potential, barriers into bridges, survival into leadership.

In London, young people face systemic challenges — justice-system involvement, unemployment, disconnection. These organisations don’t just address symptoms. They give agency, pathways, and hope

How We Support and Collaborate

Our role at GameChangers is two-fold:

  • Partnership & Amplification: We align our resources, network and mindset work with these organisations’ frontline delivery, so that we create more than the sum of each part.

  • Mindset & Leadership Activation: Whether someone is 18 and entering custody, or 15-year-old needing direction, we help shift the internal dialogue—from “What’s wrong with me?” to “What strengths do I bring?”; from “Am I lost?” to “Where can I lead?”

With DIVERT

We support the custody-intervention framework that meets 18-25-year-olds in their most vulnerable moment. DIVERT engages young adults after arrest, offering non-judgemental coaching and connection into training, employment and community services. Our participation ensures that the human-skills, leadership-mindset and purpose work get integrated alongside the practical pathways.

With Bounce Back

We champion the charity whose mission is to train and employ people with experience of the criminal justice system—inside prison, immediately on release, and beyond.
Through GameChangers, we contribute coaching, peer-community frameworks and mindset tools so that the participants don’t just gain employment—they step into identity, purpose and leadership in their lives.

With The King’s Trust

We support the youth-charity investing in 11-30-year-olds: confidence building, training, business start-up support, and work experience.
Here, our collaboration focuses on early-stage leadership development, giving young people the question: Who do I want to become? and the tools to travel from aspiration to action.

What We’ve Seen Unfold

What starts as intervention becomes transformation.
In custody suites, when DIVERT coaches open doors of possibility, we see young adults begin to recognise their strength.
In communities, when Bounce Back participants build new skills and step into employment, we see self-worth return, hope reignite.
With The King’s Trust, when young people get the chance to craft a business idea or lead a project, we see passion convert into purpose.

It matters, because we are not simply supporting programmes — we are supporting people. Not just helping them recover from past setbacks but enabling them to become leaders in their own right.

What It Means For the Ecosystem

For the young people: This collaboration sends a message: Your life matters. Your future can be different. You have choice.
For the community and the city: It says that criminal justice, youth unemployment and social exclusion are not fixed destinies — they are challenge areas we can mobilise around and shift.
And for GameChangers: It reinforces our conviction that when we invest in mindset, leadership and purpose — alongside practical pathways — we unlock far greater impact than either alone.

What’s Next

Our commitment grows. With these organisations we will:

  • Deepen the leadership support for participants at every touchpoint — from custody, prison, community, employment.

  • Build stronger alumni networks so that those who pass through become mentors, role-models, change-agents for others.

  • Amplify the stories of success so that the narrative in London changes from limitation to possibility.

  • Seek innovation: digital toolkits, peer-community mechanisms, scalable mindset programmes that complement the frontline work.

Because this work is not a one-time intervention—it is a journey. And we are here for the long-haul.
