* compliance with a legal obligation;
* our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business and delivering our services;
* consent, where consent is required.
Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
5. Business administration
GameChangers Group processes personal data as part of its normal business administration.
We currently use Exact for parts of our financial and administrative processes. We may also use internal business files, including spreadsheets and documents stored on company-managed computers, for the organisation and administration of our services.

As part of our programmes, GameChangers Group may receive limited participant information from the client organisation or directly from participants.
This can include information such as name, email address, organisation, group allocation or other information that is necessary to organise and deliver the agreed programme.
We use this information only insofar as reasonably necessary to prepare, organise, deliver and, where relevant, follow up on the agreed service.
GameChangers Group does not seek to collect special categories of personal data, such as information concerning health, religion, political opinions, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation or similar sensitive personal information, as part of its standard training and development activities.
Participants should therefore not provide such information unless this is specifically relevant, necessary and agreed for a particular programme.
7. Third-party platforms and professional tools

Where such a platform is used, personal data may be entered, processed and stored within the environment of the relevant third-party provider.

Participation in a GameChangers Group programme is not conditional upon agreeing to the external publication of identifiable photographs or video recordings.
Where publication is based on consent, participants may withdraw their consent for future use by contacting: info@gamechangers.group
Withdrawal of consent does not affect publications or processing that lawfully took place before the consent was withdrawn.
GameChangers Group also maintains profiles on social media platforms. When individuals interact with us through those platforms, the relevant social media provider may also process personal data in accordance with its own privacy terms.
