Why We Chose to help Building Fitir

So when Hilton invited us to partner in founding the Fitir Hilton Academy in the Seychelles, we didn’t see a training programme.
We saw a possibility.

Fitir means “future” in Creole.
And that’s exactly what we set out to build.

What We Witnessed
Something extraordinary unfolded.
Students arrived shy, hesitant, unsure if they belonged in rooms filled with opportunity.
But as they progressed, we saw something ignite—

They didn’t just learn how to fold linens, welcome guests or prepare the perfect service moment.
They learned how to carry themselves with dignity.
How to speak with confidence.

Graduation wasn’t the end.
